Edgar Arabian spent close to twenty years as a business owner before he picked up a real estate licence in 2019. He brought a partner with him, along with a habit of treating every transaction the same way he treated the businesses he ran: long timelines, honest counsel, and people you actually want to call back.

If you're selling, we hand you a comparative market analysis with the comps that justify the price. If you're buying, we draw up a budget that includes everything closing costs forget to mention.

Photographer, stager, inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer. We've got a short list of people we trust, and we coordinate them so you don't have to.

The close, and the call after.

We're with you on signing day. Then we check in two weeks later, six months later, and a year later, because the relationship is the point, not the commission.
