The story

Twenty years of business — then real estate.

Edgar Arabian spent close to two decades as a business owner before he picked up a real estate licence in 2019. He brought a partner with him — and a habit of treating every transaction the same way he treated the businesses he ran: long timelines, honest counsel, and people you actually want to call back.

Today the team operates under Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., serving Markham, Unionville, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Mississauga and the broader Greater Toronto Area. Edgar is also Rock Mortgage certified, which means we can guide buyers through financing or hand them off to a trusted broker without ever leaving the relationship.
